About

Dr. Laura was born and raised in Newfoundland and later graduated from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During her time at UNB, she represented her home province at the Canada Winter Games in the sport of badminton.

Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Laura attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, where she graduated with clinic honours as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). While attending CMCC, Dr. Laura also completed the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program.

Dr. Laura has been practicing chiropractic for the past 16 years and prior to making Clarenville her home she worked in a busy, multidisciplinary clinic in Cambridge, ON. Dr. Laura is excited to bring the wealth of knowledge and experience gained to her practice and looks forward to helping members of the community achieve their health care goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Laura believes in continuing education and has an evidence based approach to practicing in order to provide her patients with the best care possible. She has completed post graduate studies in:

Dr. Laura is a professional member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chiropractic Association (NLCA), the Newfoundland and Labrador Chiropractic Board (NLCB), the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA), and the Canadian Chiropractic Research Foundation (CCRF).
